Hello Gazetteers! SKK Mobile is a local brand I know for two things: One is Uniqueness, and two is Affordability, and SKK X4 involves Unique Feature, and Affordability as a Phablet. Let's see What's up by unboxing it after this break.
Inside the box, You will find the SKK X4 itself, a white wall charger, 2500mAh Battery (which is very good for a 5-inch Phone), white Headset, a white USB Data Cable, and Some Papers (Manuals, Warranty Cards and stuff)
It Got Two SIM Slots and one MicroSD Card slot (which is I inserted), and there's the 2500mAh Li-Ion Battery, The battery is sort of Thinner than the device, so when you're handling SKK X4; It's still easier to handle.
The back cover is made of Sturdy Matte Plastic (Matte Plastic, My Favorite!) It has a SKK Mobile Logo on the Bottom and a Speaker Grille which is Pretty Loud. There's the 13MP Rotatable Camera with LED flash which we will talk about it more later.
The SKK X4 is Not Thin but Not Too Thick and It's Easier to Handle than my other 5-inch Phone.
SKK X4 Got a 5-inch QHD (540 x 960) IPS Display, it could be too bright for You on the Lowest Settings but When using this outside, I can see the screen completely which is pretty helpful for me (since I love to go out of the sun) and the viewing angle and colors are good with the help of an IPS Display. 1.3 GHz Quad-core, Mediatek MT6582 with a Mali-400 MP GPU, 1GB of RAM and 4GB of Internal Storage but It's expandable up to 32GB via MicroSD, WiFi, 3G, Bluetooth, and Running on Android 4.2.2 with a Stock UI (So It's pretty smooth)
When doing a First time Benchmark (via Antutu), It scored 19256 and X4 is recognized as a High-end Device. Multitasking is pretty good, no delays found. But "Where's the Uniqueness of this Phone?", well, here it is!
The 13MP Rotatable Camera, this Camera is the Front AND the Rear camera of the device. It can Rotates 260-degrees, Perfect for Selfies! The Autofocus works well and It only takes less than 5 seconds to focus Here's some sample shot:
The Details are Pretty good, the Colors are fine and the Resolution is good. But I'll update you for the Low Light Mode (I need to find a place for it.)
A Pretty decent phone for the Price, and Don't forget there's a White Version of This!
