Huion: A Wacom-killer brand?

Wazzup Everybody? So, we don’t usually talk about art stuff here but I became a Multimedia Art student and this “art” we’re talking about is relevant about tech anyway. But the point here is the title itself explains it all: HUION, a new brand that just been partnered with American Technologies, Inc. and Philippine Society of IT Educators to bring affordable tools for Student who practice Graphic Arts or just for Graphic Artists in general an affordable and reliable option.

HUION, a Shenzhen-based company is still new to the eyes of the normal consumer but surprisingly raises the eyebrow of the Filipino Artists who are looking for a “Wacom” alternative because not all can afford this kind of tech. HUION is founded by a guy who used to work at Wacom and His honesty did raise our eyebrows about “We’re not planning to compete with Wacom” yet they’re giving some Wacom-quality products for an affordable price and wants to connect with consumers. On 18th of July 2017, they been partner with American Technologies, Inc. and Philippine Society of IT Educators to bring affordable Graphic Tablets and more!

This article is not about what happened but more on appreciation to Companies like HUION, I’ve never seen that kind of approach and I’m looking forward to seeing their products at stores outside American Technologies, Inc. and guaranteed, the service they provide will skyrocket their market especially for aspiring artists who can’t afford to buy a Wacom. I’m looking forward to review one of your products as well since affordable graphic tablets can be used for gaming like “osu!”

(If you made this far, it’s because you’re wondering if where’s NicDroid who originally been to this Press Conference. Well, he can’t log in so he can’t publish it by himself and hopefully he’ll be back soon at here and at the YouTube Channels.)
