With the final episode of Overlord II recently aired, it seems that we won't need to wait long for season three to hit. I know I'm not the only one whose excited when you first heard this news.

For those whose out of the loop, Overlord is anime based on a light novel of the same name. We join Ains Ooal Gown and his Guardians as he slowly learn and conquer the world he was transported to. This is one of the most unique Isekai animes to date. Unlike .hack or Log Horizon, where you are transported to the game itself, Overlord transports you to a different world and let's you keep your powers.
With the trailer of season 3 being announced after season finale of Overlord II, fans are ecstatic that an anime made by Mad House will get a Season 3, breaking the so called curse of no season 3s for all Mad House animes.
